To start with the products are fantastic. More importantly, Apple auto corrected my address, and it got sent to an old address. The new resident put return to sender and it went back to the company. The company reached out to me without any issue and notified me that the product had been returned, and what I like it resent to a correct address. I have never had any other company do this for me. It was at my door within three days. I could not be more pleased with either the product or this company. Will definitely be using them again.
